Adventures of Tom Tinker – The Puzzle Kid (Book) Enjoy a collection of comic strip puzzles featuring Tom Tinker.  Sam Loyd Jr produced the Adventures of Tom Tinker – The Puzzle Kid from November 1910 until May 1911.  What made these unique was the concept of putting a puzzle into a comic strip format instead of the traditional single question format.  Tom Tinker proved so successful that he was spun off into a daily puzzle that ran from March 1911 until October 1911.  Althouth they are over 100 years old they are still as enjoyable today, as they were when first created.  There are over 20 comic strip puzzles to be solved.  Answers are provided at the back of the book. 14 pages.
